- The major repair to Grade II* listed medieval inn. This project demonstrated the commercial value of taking a long-term view
of estate management
- This was a bold step by clients, Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries as previous owners
had patched and covered over major problems. Parts of the frame had been repaired
inappropriately and had to be re-done completely
- The project involved two contractors and was kept open throughout despite interesting smells
(fresh dung)
as the plasters were mixed. A strategic service and overview of a complex project.
