The lofty ceilings and large windows provided the perfect foil for a contemporary lifestyle in an urban context. Although the notion of urban living is now common, at the time it was an original Boughton Butler concept that created a unique development in Worcester.
This scheme subsequently became a benchmark for residential developers considering reuse of quality buildings in the region.
