Change of use for historic building
Manor Farm has undergone many changes over the centuries none more dramatic and innovative than the Brewer's Fayre development for Whitbread.
This was the key facilitating the master planing of Bennett's Farm by Boughton Butler.
The existing layout of the farm was redesigned to maximise opportunities for existing businesses whilst bringing in new capital and uses.
All of the beautiful and historic buildings were retained as the central feature of the development.
