A former World War 2 hospital base had declined into an under utilised and poorly managed employment site for marginal and non-conforming businesses.
Boughton Butler proposed this site as the answer to Malvern's shortfall of employment land and submitted proposals for 350,000 square feet of new B1 and similar uses. The site is within two miles of Malvern Science Park and at the extremity of the Central Technology Belt, ideally placed for business growth.
The site is now allocated in the Local Plan with the first phases under development. Boughton Butler have had a further phase of 4.5 hectares proposed under the South Worcestershire Development Plan on behalf of our clients
