• Windsor Street, Cheltenham
  • Mixed use redevelopment of brownfield site
  • An existing but ageing industrial site is imaginatively revised to introduce new employment uses, providing job opportunities in excess of those that exist, a private residential care home and new town houses.
  • The site is awkward in configuration with many restrictions imposed by drainage, culverts and flood risk. Working with Environment Agency, the development of town houses has been arranged along the flood risk corridor producing a bio-diverse landscaped communal area.
  • The mixed use proposals reflect the aspirations of sustainable development, regenerating communities in line with economic, social and social objectives.
  • Outline Planning Consent was achieved in Novmeber 2007.
