- Having successfully negotiated a complex planning consent in 2005 for 36 one and two bed apartments on this steep wooded site, Boughton Butler are now engaged in construction of the building phases. Boughton Butler took considerable care to address issues of sun paths, overlooking and scale
of the various blocks. Sun path analysis for all seasons were undertaken and employed in the planning submission.
