- Andrew Boughton
- Andrew studied architecture at the Birmingham School, graduating in 1974
and becoming a corporate member of the RIBA in 1979. He obtained a diploma in architectural conservation in 1986
- He practised locally, but also in West Africa before becoming a partner
in a west midlands practice
in 1982
- In 1985 he established his independent practice in Worcester, building a reputation for effectiveness and quality work that sustained the business through the economic troughs of the nineties
- Thoughtful and occasionally provocative, Andrew has never shirked unusual or interesting aspects
of the profession, and has advised on development in many parts of the world

- Ian Butler
- Ian studied in Plymouth and Mississippi, qualifying in 1993 and is a corporate member of the RIBA
- He previously practised in London, Berlin, Norwich and Birmingham for some of the country’s foremost architects
- His experience in quality design, prefabrication and environmental issues has benefited a broad range
of clients in education, housing and the arts
- The Market Place Theatre in Armagh won an RIBA award in 2000. His projects have won numerous other awards including the British Construction Industry Award, Concrete Society Award, Civic Trust Centre Vision Award, and the William Keown Trust Prestige Access Award
