for many years and disturbed by inappropriate development. The original barracks
block is to be extensively re-ordered into a light, airy modern home with fabulous
views over Lough Swilly
- Bringing the fort back into use will ensure the conservation of the historic fabric
for the long term through appropriate re-use. The house is characterised by high
quality cast stone roofing panels and large expanses of glass curtain wall
