- The main part of this site was occupied by a motor franchise dealership. The site lies within
the “City of Worcester’s Archaeologically Sensitive Area 20”, identified as the Diglis Roman and Medieval suburb. The focus of the proposals were towards improving the setting of the Bath Road approach
into the City centre, in a way that references the mixed urban form surrounding the site,
in an appropriate way
- The principle form of the development of three to four storeys is arranged to appear as three distinct blocks, set back from the canal by varying degrees. Breaking down the mass into three blocks
is intended to mirror the smaller industrial frontages adjacent
